All of us at Today's Dietitian are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the world's community of dietitians and nutrition professionals to our home city of Philadelphia for FNCE 2012. As any good host would, we're rolling out the red carpet for our visitors, as we present you with a gift, some recommendations for where to go while you're in town and a great taste of what we do best.
Dietitians have taught us a thing or two about eating healthy over the years. So, since you're coming to our area, our annual FNCE Dining & Entertainment Guide this year has an inside and local flavor, with an eclectic assortment of great places in Philly to eat and enjoy with your colleagues, fellow professionals, even those new friends you've made on social media. Presented by Meal Metrics, the 2012 Philly Dining Guide covers some of the best of the city's vibrant food culture. And, A "Showstopper" You Don't Want to Miss We create magazines. Thanks to you, our amazing audience of readers, we've been lucky to do it for more than two decades. So, for this year's show in Philly, we're doing something special, in the format we know best. This year, Today's Dietitian will be presenting ShowStopper, two special magazines created for and about the dietitians and nutrition professionals attending FNCE 2012. The first ShowStopper will be delivered to you via email on Tuesday, October 2. This first issue will be presented in an interactive, all-digital format and feature a preview article about the show, an interesting feature on continuing education, and our Philly Dining Guide.  The second issue of ShowStopper, which will be handed out in print on Monday, October 8 as well as emailed, will feature live coverage from the show floor at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, with reactions, opinions and images from you, the dietitians who make the event possible.
